After a battery replacement you will see a notification in Settings > Battery, next to Battery Health.
These warnings are displayed even when genuine parts are fitted, but without the software verification tools available to Apple store technicians, we are unable to remove these warnings. Other than the warning your iPhone performance will in no other way be affected.
